There are 2 actions to undertake if you want to disable adding data in a LightSwitch screen. Both can be done in the screen designer.
- Remove the Add button in the Grid command bar.
Uncollapse the Data Grid Command bar - Remove the new row at the bottom of the grid.
Click on the data grid to show the properties, in the properties window uncheck
